Supporting the Armed Forces community
The Bridge Group Practice is proud to be a Veteran Friendly Accredited GP practice. Our team is trained to understand service-related health needs and is committed to helping veterans and their families find appropriate care and support.

If you have served in the UK Armed Forces, even for a single day, please let a member of our practice team know. It does not matter how long ago you served or when you left.
Recording your veteran status in your GP record helps us recognise health needs that may be connected with your service and guide you towards appropriate NHS care. If you have a military medical summary or relevant service health information, please share it with us.
For NHS purposes, anyone who has served at least one day in the UK Armed Forces is a veteran. You do not need to have served overseas or in a conflict.
There is no time limit: you can tell us about your service at any age.
