Urgent Treatment Centres
Urgent Treatment Centres are available may be open out of surgery hours to treat certain common conditions. These offer assessment on a walk-in basis but we advise first contacting NHS 111 service by dialling 1-1-1
WHEN TO VISIT A MINOR INJURY UNIT
When the surgery is closed, you can still contact the practice using our on-line service for medical or admin matters. Your communication will be read the next working day and a response will follow according to clinical priority and workloads - normally within 48 hours. This service should not be used for urgent medical problems.
ONLINE SERVICESAll patents registered with a Hull GP have access to routine pre-bookable appointments at 3 locations across the city on evenings and weekends. The service operates Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8pm. Weekend appointments are also available. Appointments can be booked through this practice by calling the surgery and asking to book an appointment with Access+

Minor Ailments - Practice
Practice Nurse Prescribers offer minor illness appointments daily
Our Nurse Prescribers can help with many conditions including: cystitis earache, thrush, rashes, sore eyes, and sore throats. They can issue prescriptions but antibiotics will only be prescribed if the clinical indications are appropriate.

A & E departments are exceptionally busy with serious emergencies
Cuts , sprains, bruises, itchy rash , minor burns and a range of other minor injuries.
Minor Injury Units will save long waits in A & E and can handle a range of less serious injuries. If unsure call 111.
