Musculoskeletal Services Venn PCN

Musculo-skeletal conditions affect many people and can range from minor injuries to long-term conditions. They can affect joints, muscles, bones and may include associated tissues such as nerves. Pain, stiffness, limitations on movement and disability can impact on a person's life and their independence. A third of the UK population are affected my an MSK condition.

We are a member of the Venn Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN has developed services for patients with musculoskeletal problems. These can be accessed via yiur GP - or there is an option for self-referral. For full details, visit the Venn PCN website:

Chronic Pain 

Most neck pain only lasts a few weeks. There are things you can do yourself to ease it, but see a GP if it does not go away. Back pain, particularly lower back pain, is very common. It usually improves within a few weeks but can sometimes last longer or keep coming back. There are things you can do to help ease the pain.
